Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore Campus hosted a remarkable day of events for the One Million Lights Campaign. The initiative for the Civil 20 Working Group on Gender Equality invites people to nominate individuals or organisations that have made a difference in their lives for gender equality and women’s empowerment.

The event in Coimbatore was organised in collaboration with AYUDH, the youth wing of Mata Amritanandmayi Math. On the 30th of May 2023, the campus was honoured to have the presence of esteemed dignitaries who inaugurated and graced the event, and also lent their immense support to the cause.
