The inauguration was graced by Mrs Jebi Mather Hisham, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, and Dr. Sheela Nambiar, a renowned obstetrician and gynaecologist. Dr Nambiar delivered a keynote address on women’s health, emphasising the importance of wellness and empowerment in navigating life’s challenges.
A panel discussion was moderated by Dr Saritha Sekhar, Adult Cardiologist, Amrita Hospital, Kochi. It included Dr Nambiar, alongside other experts: Dr. Nisha Bhavani, Endocrinologist; Dr. Janu M K, Gynaecologist; and Dr. Lakshmi K P, Psychiatrist. Special exercise and training sessions were led by Dr Amrita Vishwanathan and Dr Nandhana from Amrita Hospital’s Department of Physical Medicine. They provided practical tools for enhancing physical fitness and overall wellness.
