International Day of Yoga
The purpose of Yoga is for our inner well-being. It does not belong to any particular faith or religion. It was passed on to us by the ancient seers for the well-being of humanity. Yoga helps us reconnect with nature and eventually become one with God. - Amma
Join us for a yoga session in observation of International Yoga Day. The session will be led by Amrita Yoga instructor Jagruti Patel, and will take place in-person in the South Lodge Community Room and virtually over Zoom. For Zoom access, click this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85656763444
