Saturday with Swamiji - Amma's Pantry Bag Exchange & IAM-20 Class

Make a day of it! Join us in any of the activities or just for the evening program.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

10:00 am - 4:30 pm: Seva (Service projects)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: *Guided IAM Meditation Technique(Main House Puja Room)      
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Guru Sthothram and Group chanting 1000 Names of the Divine Mother           
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Break for chai & snack (for a small fee, proceeds benefit Amma’s charities)                   
6:00 pm - 6:45pm:  Group Chanting 108 names followed by Satsang by Swamiji
6:45 pm - 8:00 pm: Bhajans, Arati and Closing Prayers by Swamiji
8:00 pm: Vegetarian dinner (benefits Amma's charitable projects)

IAM®-20 Class:

Creekside Bldg, 1:30pm–4:00pm
IAM® 20 is a modified version of the original IAM®35 technique that was designed by Amma. This version is carefully and specifically designed for working people and takes 20 minutes a day.
