Relaxation is the technique of witnessing your negative thoughts and the hurt feelings of the mind. Once you learn this technique you understand that the negativity belongs to the mind and not to your inner Self, your true being.
Relaxation is a technique through which you can catch a glimpse of your real nature.
Meditation increases your vitality and strengthens your intelligence. Your mental clarity and health improve. You acquire the patience and fortitude to face any problem in life. So, meditate! Only through meditation will you find the treasure you are seeking.
Ask yourself, "Why can't I just smile and be happy?"  As long as we carry the burden of the past, we cannot genuinely smile.
We have a treasure within us which we will never lose, and which no one can steal.  But we will not get it by searching outside.  We have to look inside.
Every night, contemplate: What good did I do today? How can I do better tomorrow?
Drop all your regrets of the past and relax. Relaxation will help you acquire more strength and vitality.
By letting the mind expand in the sound of divine chanting (such as devotional music), each one can enjoy the peace born of one's inherent divinity.
