Amma's 65th Birthday Celebration

All Amma's birthdays are auspicious occasions but this year was her 65th birthday!
We prepared enthusiastically for a special celebration. A beautiful altar was created and a devoted group gathered in an intimate setting to chant the 108 names in praise of Devi, sing bhajans, reflect on her teachings and express the overflowing love in our hearts. This was followed by a vegetarian meal lovingly cooked by volunteers, for followed by the fun and excitement of the raffle draw.
Once again we worked harmoniously together to cleanup and express our gratitude to one another for coming together for this special occasion.
