At Amma’s 50th birthday celebration, the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® was introduced. Today, tens of thousands of practitioners value IAM as one of Amma's greatest gifts. This powerful meditation practice was designed by Amma to reconnect us with our inner Self so that we can experience true peace and joy. When practiced with commitment, it is intended to bring about integration of body, mind and heart.
Those who have previously completed the full IAM-35 course are welcome to join the class for a refresher to review practice. No registration is required for the refresher.
