The Satyanarayana Puja is a religious worship of the Hindu god Vishnu. Sri Satyanarayan Vrat is performed for the divine blessings of health, wealth, prosperity, opulence, education; relief from troubles and sickness. It can also be performed because of success in business or career growth; during social functions like marriages, house-warming ceremonies, naming of the children etc.
Since 2010 we have been performing this puja at Amma Center Michigan around full moon every month. This is a unique opportunity to personally perform this puja as you are guided through the different parts of the puja which gives a whole new meaning to the worship. We invoke blessings for the families who sponsor by including the names of the family members during the puja even if they are not physically present. Cost to sponsor this puja for a year is $130.00 for a family with 1 -3 family members; $150.00 for a family with 4 - 6 family members with an additional $20.00 for each additional family member after that.
