New Amrita Yoga Classes -Weekly Sunday Group Archana/Meditation

Amrita Yoga open classes for beginning level students led by Bri. Rema Devi will be held in September and October. Classes will be held at Creekside Building (upstairs room) at MA Center San Ramon on the following dates and times:

Saturday, September 9th - 9 am to 10.30 am
Saturday, September 23rd - 8:30 am to 10 am 
Saturday, October 14th - 8:30 am to 10 am 
Saturday, October 21st - 8:30 am to 10 am

The cost for each class is $12 payable by cash or check (made out to MA Center) at the door. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Kavyashree  at :  as soon as possible as space is limited. We request you to be there 15 minutes before the start of the class, so that we can register you and get settled in before the class begins.

Free Meditation Sessions are starting at MA Center every Sunday. The schedule for the session will alternate weekly as below:

1st and 3rd Sundays: Chanting Sri Lalitha Sahasranama 3 times and 2 Strotrams, followed by peace chanting and Arati

2nd and 4th Sundays : Guided IAM-35® meditation technique followed by unguided meditation of personal choice, shavasana and ending with peace chanting and Arati

*Previous knowledge of IAM-35® technique is not a requirement.
*No session on October 8, due to Amma's birthday celebrations
