10:00 am - 4:30 pm: Seva (Service projects)
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Lunch
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Guided IAM-35 Meditation Technique (Main House Puja Room)
4:45 pm: Archana (Chanting of the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother, Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam)
5:45 pm: Peace Chanting
6:00 pm: 108 Names of Amma
6:15 pm: Satsang (spiritual talk) by a devotee & video of Amma
7:00 pm: Bhajans (devotional singing)
8:30pm: Vegetarian dinner (benefits Amma's charitable projects)
IAM-35 Refresher - Amrita Hall
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: IAM-35, Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique Refresher, for those who have completed the full course to review the steps of the practice and get questions answered.
