10:00 am - 4:30 pm: Seva (Service projects)
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Lunch
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: *Guided IAM Meditation Technique (Main House Puja Room)                        
4:35 pm:    Archana (Chanting of the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother, Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam)                         
6:00 pm:    108 Names of Amma,  Bhajans (devotional songs) & Satsang (spiritual talk) - Br. Ramanand
8:30pm:     Vegetarian dinner (benefits Amma's charitable projects)

- *Guided IAM-35 Meditation: Only for those who have already taken the complete 8-hour IAM-35 course.
