'Spiritual Growth in the New Year' - The New Year's One-Day Retreat provides time for introspection, prayer and meditation and is a wonderful opportunity to further develop spiritual knowledge. Led by Br. Dayamrita Chaitanya, one of Amma’s senior disciples, the retreat allows us to step out of our day-to-day life and to listen deeply to our body, heart and mind.

The retreat will include an early morning gentle yoga, manasa puja, meditation, spiritual talk, question and answer session, and more.
