IAM-20 Meditation Training 1:30 - 4:00 pm, Amrita Hall
IAM-20, Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique, consists mostly of classical steps and methods, set in a unique sequence. As the name suggests, the practice takes approximately 20 minutes and it can be learned in a short training session. It is a condensed version of the Integrated Amrita Mediation Technique that has been taught to thousands over the last 10 years. Adults and young adults are invited. Swami Dayamritananda Puri will explore the 'Srimad Bhagavatam' written by Bhagawan Vyasa, the compiler of the Vedas. The format for the class is a short meditation and spiritual discourse, followed by a few Bhajans led by Swamiji and Arati.
