True laughter comes from the heart.  Only with an innocent heart can we experience real joy and give joy to others.
What we need is peace of mind. We can gain that only through the control of our mind.
Relaxation is the technique of witnessing your negative thoughts and the hurt feelings of the mind. Once you learn this technique you understand that the negativity belongs to the mind and not to your inner Self, your true being.
We should be willing to take action, without waiting to see whether or not anyone will be there to help us.
Look carefully, see what is of value in others, and respect that.
Avoid laziness at all costs and do your best without blaming destiny.
Life should be like a pleasure trip.  When we see a beautiful sight, a pretty house, or a flower on the way, we look at it and enjoy it.  We enjoy the sights but we do not linger there, we simply move on.
Many people talk a lot about environmental preservation, but true greatness lies in putting these principles into practice and actually doing something about it.
