Teachings

We should acquire control of the mind and possess the power to stop it, like the brakes of a new car reduce the speed and stop the vehicle whenever necessary.
Love is the center-point of life. We should perform all our actions while remaining focused on this center-point.
External purity leads to internal purity.
First we have to purify our character.  If we pour milk into a dirty vessel, the milk will spoil.
Change is possible only through action.
Life should be like a pleasure trip.  When we see a beautiful sight, a pretty house, or a flower on the way, we look at it and enjoy it.  We enjoy the sights but we do not linger there, we simply move on.
Free from attachments to the past and worries about the future, a child expresses him/herself fully.
True happiness is when the love that is within us finds expression in external activities.
