Public Transportation from Boston to Best Western Royal Plaza and Trade Center in Marlborough, MA (program site)

Amtrak or Interstate Bus passengers arriving in Boston

From South Station in Boston, take the MBTA Framingham / Worcester Commuter Rail and get off at the Southborough Commuter Rail stop. This is in the town of Southborough / Southboro, Massachusetts. Around $10

Take a Lyft/Uber from the Commuter train stop in Southborough at 87 Southville Road in Southborough to the program hotel- Approximately $15-$25

Important: the designation “87 Southville Road, Southboro, MA” is understood by both Lyft and Uber as the address of the MBTA commuter train stop in Southboro, MA. If you try to tell them that you are at “MBTA” or something similar, they will not find the address at which the train stops, and you will not be able to get an Uber, or Lyft, ride.

Note: The Southborough stop has no station building, rest rooms, public telephone, or MBTA employees.

Transportation from Logan Airport to program hotel

• Silver Line Bus + Commuter rail + Uber/Lyft: Silver line buses run frequently between Boston Logan Airport terminals and Boston's South Station Commuter train station for FREE. Follow instructions above from South Station
• LoganExpress Buses: Depart twice hourly (except early morning) from Logan passenger terminals to the LoganExpress terminal at 11 Burr street in Framingham, MA. One way bus ticket is $12. 800-235-6246. Uber or Lyft from LoganExpress Framingham bus terminal to program hotel is $30-$40
• Uber or Lyft directly from Logan Airport - Approximately  $75-$150

• Shuttles from Airport to Hotel

  • Knight’s, 800-822-5456 or 508-839-6252 offers a variety of van, shared-van and limo options for travel between Marlborough and Boston Logan airport. You must make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance. The discounted cost per person is $50. You can reserve online  Amma group rate at Knight’s reservation site or call (ask for AMMA rate). Payment can be made with cash, check to the driver or credit card upon booking.  

    Cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Shared van shuttle – ½ hour prior to the pickup time or flight arrival time
    • Town Car or VIP Van – 2 hours prior to the pickup time or flight arrival time
    • Executive Van or mini-bus – 24 hours prior to the pickup time or flight arrival time

  • GoBostonShuttle, 617-969-9999  also offers service between Marlborough and Boston Logan airport. To get a 10% discount, type  "June" into the "GroupID/Discount Code" box on the reservations page. The discounted cost is $112.20 one-way for upto 3 passengers. So if 2 people are sharing the ride to the hotel, the cost would be $56 per person. If 3 people are sharing the ride to the hotel, the cost would be $37.40 per person.
