Amma.org: Mid Hudson Valley Satsang

Welcome to Our Satsang

Established in 1999, the Mid-Hudson Valley Satsang is a small group who gather once a month in the tradition of Amma, Mata Amritanandamayi.

Satsang means, "in the company of truth."  We meet to meditate, hear Amma's words, chant and come together as a community of seekers.

All are welcome, regardless of spiritual background, religion or experience in meeting Amma.  Chanting is an ancient practice found in many cultures. When we chant our mind and body shift and we open the door way to our hearts.

We meet on the fourth Sunday of each month at 4pm at The Yoga House, 185 Fair Street in Kingston, NY. Please contact/text Anandi at 845-594-5111 about entry instructions.
For more information, please contact Jayaprada, Mid Hudson Valley Satsang Coordinator, email midhudsonvalleysatsang@ammagroups.org or call 845-532-4167.
