IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique®is a powerful practice synthesized by Amma. IAM practice helps people find fulfillment in life.Its goal is the integration of body, breath, and mind. Its a combination of yogic stretches for relaxation, breathing and concentration exercises IAM® 20 is carefully and specifically designed for working people and takes just 20 minutes a day. IAM is a suitable practice for people of all faiths; it is not bound to any religious or spiritual belief system.

IAM-20 Refresher (for those who have taken the course before): Time: 10:30am - Noon
