About Renew

Renew is like an online garage sale restricted to the Bay Area. You are welcome to donate items that are in good condition and all proceeds from the sale of your item will support the charitable activities of embracingtheworld.org

Guidelines

For Donors of items

1. We accept items that are in good and working condition.
2. We do not have a drop off location.
3. Donations have to be directly dropped off at the buyer’s location or an arrangement to pick up has to be made.
4. An adequate description of the item and its condition supported by photos is needed.
5. We will not be able to facilitate any returns or exchanges.
6. If you would like to donate an item please email renew@macenters.org
7. All proceeds support the charitable activities of embracingtheworld.org

For buyers

1. Accept items after proper investigation and asking questions.
2. We will not be able to facilitate any returns or exchanges.
3. Items have to be picked up directly from the owner or you can arrange to have it dropped off at your location.
4. Payment will be done through our payment portal only. Your payment is not tax deductible as you are receiving an item in return. However, every cent of your payment will support the charitable activities of embracingtheworld.org
5. With the donor’s permission, we will share his/her email with you, so you can communicate more about the item.
