SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

10:00 am - 4:30 pm: Seva (Service projects)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: *Guided IAM-35 Meditation (Main House Puja Room)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: *Group Vedic Chanting (Amrita Hall)
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Group chanting 1000 Names of the Divine Mother
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Break for chai & snack (Bake sale, proceeds benefit Amma’s charities)    
6:00 pm - 8:00pm:  Talk by a devotee or Video of Amma, Bhajans, Arati and Closing Prayers
8:00 pm: Vegetarian dinner (benefits Amma's charitable projects)

IAM®-20 Class & Refresher:

Location: Creekside Yoga and Meditation Room
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
No registration required.
IAM® 20 is a modified version of the original IAM®35 technique that was designed by Amma. This version is carefully and specifically designed for working people and takes 20 minutes a day.

Note:
-  Bring your own plates and cups for dinner to support Amma’s Zero Waste project and get a $3 discount. Dinner with disposable dishes $10. $7 if you Bring Your Own Plates/Cups.
- *Guided IAM-35 Meditation: Only for those who have already taken the complete 8-hour IAM-35 course.
- *Vedic Chanting: Chanting the Pancha Suktams, Mantra Pushpam and Sri Rudram in unison to recordings as a way to practice and learn. Please bring your own books.
- Bake Sale benefitting Amma’s charities opens at 5:30 pm.
- Prayer list is read at the end of every program – send names to prayers@amma.org
