NY 999 challenge and International Day of Yoga

June 10th, Saturday, 5-6pm Online Zoom for 999 Challenge for C20. 

The goal of C20 is to reach over 1 million participants worldwide by June 21st, 2023 which marks International Day of Yoga.

999 Challenge: 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar, 9 minutes of Meditation, Daily for 9 days. You will receive a diagram for the simple sequence of Surya Namaskar and an audio of the Ma Om World Peace meditation by Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri.  A chair version of Surya Namaskar will be demonstrated so have a chair nearby if you would like.  At the end of your 9 days, there is a feedback form to share your experience. The collection of people's experience of the 999 challenge is an important aspect to sharing the value of yoga and meditation as it relates to policy for public health for the C20.  Your participation is greatly appreciated and valued.  The 9 day challenge must be completed by June 21st.  Register here.
