Donation of Furniture to MACC

Group of MACC volunteers picking up two trucks of donated furniture
A private hospitality business establishment donated large amounts of furniture to the Chicago Ashram. This was very timely, given the renovation of the South Lodge at the Ashram. These pieces of furniture would come in very handy for the Ashram.
The donation included the following items - tables, lamps, credenza, hundreds of wall hanging pictures, hundreds of mirrors, wardrobes, leather chairs, etc.
On April 28, 2013 a group of volunteers from the Ashram went and picked up these items, loading up two 26-foot trucks to the brim.
MA Center Chicago gratefully acknowledges the generosity of the donors of these invaluable items. They will be put to very good use at the Ashram.
