IAM-20 Meditation Class
Meditation is the art of mental mastery. How we perceive the world around us completely depends upon our mind. In our search for happiness, we essentially have two options — change the world so that everything turns out exactly the way we want, or modify our mind so we’re happy, content and peaceful regardless of what happens in the external world.
Since we have very little control over our external world, true happiness lies in controlling our inner world. Meditation is a key element in this process. Amma has specifically designed IAM-20, a simple but profound 20-minute meditation, for busy people who want to integrate the practice of meditation into their lives and for those who have found meditation to be challenging to learn in the past.
