IAM (Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique)
The Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) Technique is a powerful way to reconnect with our real center, our Inner Self, and thereby experience joy and peace in life. Born out of Amma's divine inspiration, IAM, when practiced with dedication, is designed to bring about integration in our selves: an integration of mind, body, intellect and heart -- an integration of our True Self with God.
Instructors teach the IAM course & IAM refreshers regularly throughout the year. There are also IAM group practice sessions for those who know this meditation technique.
