Please join us for ABC. We will be discussing "From Amma's Heart" by Swami Amritaswarupananda.

Agenda:
· Begin with Aum 3x, Dhyayamo Meditation Sloka, Aum Amritesvaryai Namah
· Five minutes of silent meditation
· Introductions:
o Brief introduction of participants
o Introduction of the topic of the day from the first book chosen by Amma - "From Amma's Heart" by Swami Amritaswarupananda.
· Reading and Sharing of thoughts and experiences with a view to understand Amma’s teaching, apply them to our day to day life and grow spiritually
· End meeting with ten minutes of meditation, followed by the closing prayers or recitation of Lokah Samastah nine times for the Peace of the World.
