Ten years ago at Amma’s 50th birthday celebration, the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® was introduced. Today, tens of thousands of meditators value IAM as one of Amma's greatest gifts. This powerful meditation practice was designed by Amma to reconnect us with our inner Self so that we can experience true peace and joy.  When practiced with commitment, it is intended to bring about integration of body, mind and heart.
