IAM-35 Meditation Class & Refresher

At Amma’s 50th birthday celebration, the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® was introduced. Today, tens of thousands of practitioners value IAM as one of Amma's greatest gifts. This powerful meditation practice was designed by Amma to reconnect us with our inner Self so that we can experience true peace and joy. When practiced with commitment, it is intended to bring about integration of body, mind and heart.
Saturday, August 19, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm; Sunday, August 20, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm. The course is free, but $15 donation is requested to cover the costs. Lunch on Saturday is available for an additional $7, cash only.

Sunday, August 20: IAM-35 Refresher, 9:00am - 1:30pm: Those who have previously completed the full IAM-35 course are welcome to join the class for a refresher to review practice. No registration is required for the refresher.

Swami Dayamritananda Puri will explore the 'Srimad Bhagavatam' written by Bhagawan Vyasa, the compiler of the Vedas. The format for the class is a short meditation and spiritual discourse, followed by a few Bhajans led by Swamiji and Arati.
