Welcome to the Cincinnati Satsang

Regular spiritual gatherings, also called satsang, are held once a month every first Saturday at 6 pm. It is hosted by people in their homes thus the location varies (location by email announcement). Satsang is informal and all are welcome, including newcomers, children etc.

The satsang includes a prayer, a short meditation, share a short reading from Amma’s (Mata Amritanandamayi) teachings and devotional singing.

Mother’s Kitchen

Mother's Kitchen generally meets once a month in Cincinnati to deliver food at a local homeless shelter. Volunteers either prepare food and deliver or prepare food at the shelter itself. Amrita Book Club

At Amma's 64th Birthday, The Amrita Book Club was inaugurated to help Amma's devotees deepen their understanding of Her teachings in a community setting, by reading and discussing books chosen by Amma. If you are interested, please email ammacincinnati@ammagroups.org

IAM Meditation

Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a simple combination of yoga, pranayama and meditation that takes just about 20 minutes a day.
